Chat is a useful addition to the productivity window.
You can access Chat in the last option in the upper-right productivity window menu. Should someone activate a message in the chat window, participants are notified with an incoming message in a chat bubble.
If there are more than 2 participants in the call, the chat options indicate Group and Internal chat. Group chat is visible to all participants. Internal chat is visible only between the host and the guest(s). This chat is not visible to your customer or candidate.
